Professional empowerment of youth and children is achieved through education programmes the effect of which has been already confirmed in practice:

•  Computer courses - Attending 4 IT courses in accordance with interests and level of knowledge of youth. Participants will attend 80 hours of IT education in total. The best students who pass all four exams will acquire ECDL certificate (“European Computer Driving Licence”).

•  Vocational training – Youth beneficiaries who complete basic IT training have a possibility to attend some of the specialised courses that provide knowledge in the field of information-technologies including: Web Design, training for System Administrators and training for PC maintenance.

•  Active Job Search training includes 3 courses focused on developing skills needed for finding a job (CV writing, preparation for job interview, presentation at the interview with employers), as well as motivating youth to be proactive when searching for employment.
