Best Practice Guide

IAN in partnership with the EOS Foundation Romania, Latvian Information and Communications Technology Association (LIKTA) and the Moldovan Alliance of Access to Information and Training Community Centre (AITCC), have developed a Best Practice Guide that can be useful to all telecentres in Europe.
		The guide was realized within the project Shared Learning and Community Digital Inclusion through telecentre services , financially supported by the Soros Foundation Romania through the East East Beyond Borders  program.
