As from the beginning of our work, IAN was devoted to provide direct help to our clients, especially in respect of physical health and psychological wellbeing. In the course of time we have developed several services for treatment and rehabilitation of individuals with stress related disorders which included medical help and free-of charge medicines.

Experiences in counselling and organisation of services enabled us to engage in combat against HIV/AIDS epidemics, contributing with development of services for VCT and treatment and rehabilitation of PLWHA.

Our activities in treatment and rehabilitation of mental health disorders will be further expanded toward development of community based services for chronically mentally ill.
