Activities

The IAN Centre for Rehabilitation of Trauma and Torture Victims provides support and assistance in the Centre and on the field.

The approach in IAN CRTV has been:

Comprehensive - psychological, psychotherapeutic, psychiatric, medical, legal, and educational assistance;
Pro-active - mobile visits, including field visits to associations of ex-detainees, collective centres, and beneficiaries' homes;
Multidisciplinary - expert teams of psychologists, psychiatrists, legal advisors and medical doctors, with a strong advocacy and research component.
