Psychiatric treatment The psychiatrist is in charge of conducting clinical interviews with the clients. While taking the personal anamnesis, considering the client's needs, the psychiatrist makes an effort to motivate the client to continue working toward self improvement and conducts some forms of psychotherapy. If the client is in an acutely difficult state of psychiatric crisis, the psychiatrist conducts a brief individual support therapy, aimed at appeasing the client and pointing out his/her positive potentials for facing and overcoming the problem. During following sessions the psychiatrist provides therapeutic support that is usually conducted though a form of individual psychotherapy. In some cases group therapy (or sociotherapy) can also be applied. All forms of psychotherapy are supported with free-of-charge medicines, in cases where it's needed.
