At the Regional Partnership Project “Comprehensive Action against Torture” implemented by IAN, the Center for Civic Initiatives Prilep (CCI) and the Center for Human Rights Nis, the supervision of the first center for rehabilitation of torture in Macedonia within the CCI, was held by the experts from the Center for the Rehabilitation of Torture Victims IAN from Belgrade. During the visit of IAN experts in Prilep, we registered the successful work of the Center for the Rehabilitation of Torture Victims, and maintained expert supervision with experts from the CCI. At the same time, the visit was accompanied by a representative of the donor from the European Commission, the project manager in front of the EU, Ekkmel CIZMECIOGLU. The successful case of the Center for the Rehabilitation of Victims of CCI Torture was presented and there were discussed on various aspects of the project, cooperation with local institutions (Center for Social Work and Penitentiary Correctional Institution in Prilep) was presented, together we looked at the activities that were realized and those that still need to be realized.
