March 2020. 2 min read 0 0 100 In accordance with the current situation and the state of emergency introduced in the Republic of Serbia, the management and team of the International Aid Network IAN made the decision about the activities in the coming period: The entire IAN team will work from home; Communication with institutions, partners and donors will continue via telephone and e-mail (office@ian.org.rs); Mental health support for the beneficiaries of our projects will be provided via telephone, e-mail and Skype. Beneficiaries that we support through current projects are: torture survivors and members of their families; returnees under readmission agreement; refugees, migrants and asylum seekers; victim-witnesses and potential witnesses in war crime trials. Among all groups of benficiaries, special attention is dedicated to women. IAN will attempt to continue providing medical support to our clients in accordance with the expert medical assessment of the urgency of the intervention and the capabilities of the practice. Additionally, IAN is introducing FREE PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT via phone for all Serbian citizens who feel anxious about current situation. We especially encourage our MEDICAL WORKERS to seek the necessary support.
