Start of the project Support to victims in war crime trials

On January 1st 2020, IAN began the implementation of the project Support to victims in war crime trials.

The overall objective of the project is to contribute to the strengthening of the rule of law and the process of transitional justice in the Western Balkans. Project activities are carried out in Bratunac and Belgrade and include the provision of psychological, psychiatric and medical support to victims in war crime trials.

The project duration is 6 months.

The project is supported by the UK Government and is being implemented by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) through the Regional War Crimes Project (RWC).
